*Build-A-BuG, 1962 VW Beetle Convertible Build-A-BuG!*

Added September 5, 2010 by Chris Vallone

FINISHED SEPT. 2010

This was a full TOP to BOTTOM restoration that we did here at Classic VW BuGs.  Video and slideshow gallery speak for themselves here.

An immaculate restoration we did for a couple in Dallas TX. This was to be their wedding anniversary gift, and what a gift it was. I was so proud of this car that I wanted to call the owner and tell him I will keep the car! Haha. This was the first bug we did where we put in a full leather interior in from Sewfine. A true museum piece.

What are you asking for the '62 convertible?

Thanks.

Looks great ---my only question is about the accelerator pedal ---looks like a pre 58 pedal ---why is it on a 62?

What is the price

@seefest @classicvwbugs @ljsyring Well look, I buy what the owner wants, I always offer the right part option.  But I get what they want.  For my personal cars, I get WW bumpers all the time.

@classicvwbugs @seefest @ljsyring Nothing about dropping the price,A 40k car should be built to a certain standard Cheap brazil bumpers that rust the first rain don't belong on a so called $40k car$350.00 for one of ww bumpers,If your cutting corners on something that any trained eye can see,  As PT barnum said!!!
