Last week in my newsletter I posted about a real nice 1955 Convertible Beetle that was crossing the auction block at RM in Amelia Island. Well I am here to report that the car sold for a staggering $82,500!

Just got the memo this morning from a cool friend of mine Jeremy Noble who owns “Vintagevolks.com,” he has now created an independent VW US magazine called Volksamerica!
I had a blast down in Miami 2014 with the VW Volksblast Air-Cooled Car Show. The scenery is awesome, the atmosphere is great, and yeah I got away from NY WINTER for a few days.
I am heading into Miami Florida to (thaw out from NY) and attend the 2014 VW VolksBlast show!
I came across this Documentary recently through my Vintage VW Travels on the internet. This is an amazing film story of a 1955 VW Beetle that has been around the world.
