 @best online payday loan At this point ALL gasoline produced in California(I don't know about anywhere else) Is exactly the same. The State A.Q.M.D. is dictating. The ONLY difference between brands are the additives. Arco uses zero additives. Hence their advertising mantra "Straight up gas".  Standard, 76, Mobil, and Shell are "Top Tier", meaning they are the best quality/best additives.  I have another friend that is a "Fuel Procurement Officer" for the Air Force. He has to test every train car full of fuel that the Air Force buys before they accept it. He told me that he has never failed a batch of "Top Tier" gas. He routinely rejects ARCO.

I'm pretty sure that any "octane booster", available at any auto parts store,  will do the same thing. My friend works for the A.Q.M.D. and he told me this. I have a VW shop and I see carb floats, needle and seats, fuel pumps, and of course fuel hoses being affected in a big way. The new gas doesn't burn as hot as the real gas resulting in worse milage. So in reality you're using more gas to go the same distance. The only benefit? To who? They sell more gas, more taxes are generated. It's more BS from your Government.

Well said Chris! Most don't realize how far this travels down the pipeline to lawnmowers etc. From classics to modern based engines. Have you tried "naked" gas? Usually have to go out of the way to find so StarTron is obviously and easy solution. Cheers!
